Dietitian / Clinical Nutrition Manager

Unit Description:
Sign-on bonus and relocation. Ideal candidate will have strong clinical knowledge as well as experience updating policy and procedures. Knowledge and experience in passing successful JCAHO inspection. Small community hospital within easy commute from Charleston SC suburbs. 130 bed facility with great clients and staff. Must be able to communicate effectively with hourly kitchen staff and oversee hostess program. Patient Satisfaction minded individual

Position Summary:
Typically manages a small, one registered dietitian account. Has mostly direct patient care responsibilities. May have patient food service responsibilities. Responsible for meeting JCAHO/state/federal and company standards. This position is the primary liaison with the medical and nursing staff.

Basic Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree

Basic Management/Supervisory Experience Required:
None

Basic Functional Experience Required:
1 year work experience in health care including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted or independent living facilities, long-term care, retirement homes, or clinics + registry eligible.

Dental Assistants (registered and non-registered)

Assists the dentist(s) and the dental hygienist(s) in the direct provision of primary care dental services to patients at the clinic. Responsible for sterilization, preparation and inventory control of dental instruments and supplies. May be required to assist front office as needed.

Requirements: Must have comprehensive knowledge of dental assisting techniques and procedures for all phases of general dentistry. High School Diploma or equivalent. Certified Dental Assistant (preferred). Current CPR (BLS) required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) and completion of accredited course in dental assisting. Location: ELA/Boyle Heights and Bell .
