          Qualifications: Must have at least 2 year experience working in similar capacity in a healthcare organization.  Surgical coding experience will be a plus.

Billing Manager

Manage all facets of the billing department operations including hiring, training, and supervising the staff.

Qualifications:  Candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree and have a minimum of five years experience in similar capacity in a healthcare organization.  Work experience can be used to substitute academic degree. Excellent communication skills and good working knowledge of PCs in Window environment. Surgical coding experience is a prerequisite. CPC with work experience will be a definite advantage. A cover letter with resume and salary expectations or salary history are required for consideration.

Candidate Requirements:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or healthcare administration (or equivalent education,training or experience).

Skills and Experience

Experience typically gained through five to seven years of progressively more responsible relevant experience in Business Analysis; specifically in medical billing, meeting aggressive project milestones and deliverables and educating clinical/non-clinical end users. Excellent analytic skills with expertise in data collection and analyses. Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and translate user needs into system and workflow solutions. Excellent written and oral presentation skills and preferably experience in introducing a large-scale organizational change. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of personnel in discussions and explanations of complex systems.
